Sometimes the changes become difficult to navigate and we get sad, angry, frustrated and just plain tired of trying to figure it all out. It can be messy and complicated to take a step in a direction needed to feel better. You do not have to figure it all out by yourself. I am passionate about travelling with you while you laugh, cry, scream, and "recreate" a new way to "do you." Let's get MESSY!!!!!

I also specialize in groups integrating life skills in a therapeutic environment allowing connection and insight from others. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), while also integrating various techniques from many different therapeutic models to create an eclectic and collaborative style of counseling.
